The Finish House and Trim Paint is a premium quality, 100% acrylic, low-lustre exterior paint for all trim and siding surfaces. Due to its superior adhesion, The Finish bonds to clean glossy surfaces previously coated with oil/alkyd or latex-based paints and enamels, without requiring priming or sanding. This exceptionally long-lasting, 100% acrylic paint will provide excellent oil and dirt resistance. The Finish has excellent flow and leveling properties. It will provide a durable finish for new, previously stained or painted trim and siding surfaces, including wood, primed metal, cured masonry, cementitious siding, vinyl, aluminum and stucco.

Coverage

Approximately 250-450 square feet per gallon. These rates will vary depending upon the porosity and type of surface.

Where to Use

It is ideal for use on lumber such as cedar, fir, pine, cypress, spruce, redwood, plywood and MDO panel siding, as well as hardboards.

Preparing Your Surfaces

Proper surface preparation is the key to maximum product performance. The durability of this product can be impaired by an unsound or poorly prepared surface. It is very important that the surface be clean of all dirt and be structurally sound and dry. (Moisture content must be below 15%, or wood must be exposed to dry weather for a minimum of 3 days.)

Application

Apply evenly with a brush or spray. Best results can be obtained by using a high-quality nylon brush.
